Something Cool I saw.

November 18, 2008

Once, when I was going for Korea to L.A. to Mexico, I saw a familiar plane with Pokemon Designs. As you know there is a few (less than five). A cool thing is remembering seeing one! This is the exact plane I saw, in the exact angle (I didn’t take it of course) ( It is the same angle because there is only one view from the airport to see it like that.)

It looked a little like this.

If you would like to argue with me because you don’t believe me, please e-mail me at tony_lee@hotmail.com or write a comment below.

Until then, keep looking for zigzagoons!

Pokemon: Speed Gamers Going for Charity

November 12, 2008

Speed Gamers- a charity/ fun raisers that play for marathon hours to raise money to give to charities- has tried to complete the whole Pokemon Dex. In one game. Without cheats Arceus and Shaymin were never shown, so those two pokemon will not count in this marathon. The Speed Gamers have announced they will attempt to capture every Pokémon available in North America during 72 straight hours beginning 5 p.m. CST Dec. 19. The gamers will donate proceeds raised during the fundraiser to ACT Today, a nonprofit supporter of people affected by autism.

491 pokemon to catch (Shaymin and Arceus excluded).. That is alot!

To reach the goal, the gamers said they will begin new files of Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, XD: Gale of Darkness, Colosseum and its bonus discs, Pokémon Ranger and My Pokémon Ranch. The Pokémon then will be transferred to a single game cartridge to complete the National Dex.

During the marathon, the group’s blog will host a live Web cast of two games being played at a time. This blog will also host a checklist of how many Pokémon the gamers have caught.

Pokemon Ranger 2: Shadows of Almia (November 10th, 2008!)

November 10, 2008

Today, on November 10th, the sequel to Pokemon Ranger came out in the U.S. It is known as Pokemon Ranger 2: Shadows of Almia, or in Japanese, Pokemon Ranger Batonnage.

 Pokemon Ranger 2

This game doesn’t have many changes like the other Pokemon games… the reason WHY Lucario IS on the cover is because

1. He plays a major role in Pokemon Movie 8: LUCARIO and the Mystery of Mew

2. You can obtain Riolu in the game.

So those are the reasons… the starters are Munchlax, Starly, or Pachirisu. But you can change your partner later… anyway, they changed a few minor things, and it’s a lot harder (some people don’t think so but in my point of view after trying it). Instead of having the number of loops you have to circle the Pokemon, the Pokemon has a HP bar. If you circle it enough times, you capture it. But if you don’t do it fast enough, the Pokemon will regain its HP. Bosses are EXTREMELY hard, and I doubt there are any AR codes for this game (yet).

Bosses:

Tangrowth, Toxicroak, Rampardos, Drapion, Spiritomb, Froslass, LUCARIO, Infernape, HEATRAN, Kingdra, Gliscor, CRESSELIA, Magnezone, Electivire, Garchomp, Rhyperior, Magmortar, Gallade, Dusknoir, Darkrai, and Regigigas.

Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia coming out November 10th (5 days from now)! Also, the only way to get Regigigas is by obtaining 266 Pokemon in the game. You will gain entrance to a temple (forget the name), and Regigigas will be waiting inside. He is the hardest of all bosses in the game.
