Shadows of Almia: Updates

September 26, 2008

Remeber Shadows of Almia? This is in my older posts

“…The next game I would like to talk about is a not exactly a rpg but a little different: Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. This is the new game coming out in usa this november. That’s right THIS November.

Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia Box Art.jpgThis is the ranger cover, Altough I can see why Heatran, Cresselia, and Darkrai (in the shadows) are in the cover, I still don’t get the point of having a really depressing Lucario right next to the all mighty heatran. I mean what does Lucario do exept some dragon claw and superpower? I mean it could be something to do with the story but,,, why can’t they put it next to the pikachu then? Well, yea it won’t fit, but cmon, LUCARIO? T.T this is depressing : [
Yea this game was realeased along time ago in japan. March to be exact. So its finally coming to the us. …”

For that entry click here.

Well anyways the exact date is going to be November 10th so if its your birthday by that time, go get it, its worth it.

Anyways just for any European fans here, your due date is just 11 days after America’s, November 21st to be exact.

Also you can get your hands on Darkrai and some other rare pokemon by doing WI-FI optional “missions”.

Until then, keep looking for zigzagoons!

More things about Platinum / Forms of Rotom

September 18, 2008

Also, if you didn’t know, Pokemon Platinum’s due date will be some time in the mid 2009s. The reason they couldn’t transfer things is that some things are only available in japan. Like the tickets for the regi-s are also probably not going to be in USA. People don’t know how to deal with it.

Anyways, now you are allowed to put your starters for a walk in Amity Square. Probably because they were your first pokemon, (unless you did some kind of wierd hack that made the game go crazy and give you a legendary for a starter) and have a “close” bond with you.

Also this park has become a lot bigger, having other items in pokeballs (or at least in the shapes of them) and also you get “teleportations” from those rock houses to other arenas.

Also many of you know as Hippie mentioned that there are forms of rotom and other many Poke info. Actually he didn’t mention them so clear. I just want to put the details on there.

First things first: How to get rotom’s forms. First you need the Special Key, which is a wifi event item which is still going on until november 4th. This is also a problem into other countries because you can’t say if they are going to make the same event again. Well, you know that big buildings with the odd spikes on the sides? Yea the Galactic Base. You go there into one of the rooms, and then use the Secret Key. The bookcase will flip open, and you can go in. When you do get in with rotom with you, there will be five machines that help humans.

First I’ll let you guys guess the machines. I’ll give you a hint:

*Picture taken in an actual japanese game store*

Guess them? No? Scrolled Down too fast? Ugh… so…. did you guess them by now?

Okay, so the answers are the fridge, washing machine, Fan, Microwave/Oven, and a Lawn Mower.

These “rotoms” have a specific move that you can learn from each one, but their types (such as water, fire, etc.) will not be changed.

These are the moves you can learn from the forms:

Frost Rotom: Ice- Blizzard

Wash Rotom: Water- Hydro Pump

Cut Rotom: Grass- Leaf Storm

Spin Rotom: Air- Air Slash

Heat Rotom: Fire- Overheat

These are the new forms, these pics are pretty comon I guess.

(pictures removed)

Here are some fan arts by the amazing fans. These are just the ones I think there the coolest.

More fan art to come.

Facts About Platinum

September 9, 2008

With the release of Pokemon, everyone is buying Platinium and getting a friend to transfer their original Pokemon to Platinum which is a great idea to quickly defeat the Elite Four. So here is the news:

If you don’t know Rotom has 5 new forms resembling garden and kitchen appliances.

Legendaries

Giratina is the first Legendary to get but if you’re stupid enough to kill saying that you can catch it again or saying ‘I already have on so I dont need another one’, go ahead.

So capture Giratina! Remember no earth moves! So after you capture him or kill him he will revert back to his original forme like in DP, so wait and don’t release it. The Platinum Orb will be available AFTER you have defeated the Elite Four once. After the credits roll, the path to Spring Path will clear. You will be able to go inside, and once you arrive where Giratina should be in DP, there will be a portal. This portal leads to another area inside the Torn World. It isn’t hard to find the Platinum Orb (Having done it myself). So good luck getting the Platinum Orb!

And so the following pokemon so far are the same way to get them:

Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf

Go to FLORAMA town in the morning and talk to a girl near the bottom of Florama Town and she will give u a GlacidaFlower (if you have Shaymin)

(Action Replay codes posted for Platinum including Azure Flute, Oak’s Letter, Secret Key, and Member Pass.)

Elite Four Major cut-down:

The Elite Four had a major cut-down of levels it’s actually ridiculous.

Levels:

Aaron

  • Yanmega: 49
  • Scizor: 49
  • Vespiquen: 50
  • Heracross: 51
  • Drapion: 53

Bertha

  • Whiscash:50
  • Gliscor:53
  • Golem: 52
  • Rhyperior: 52
  • Hippowdon: 55

Flint new Pokemon seriously he has really now a fire type trainer because he only had 5 in the last games

  • Houndoom:52
  • Flareon:55
  • Rapidash:53
  • Infernape:55
  • Magmortar:57

Once again- easy. Get a water type like Starmie.

Lucian

  • Mr. mime:52
  • Espeon:55
  • Bronzong:54
  • Alakazam:56
  • Gallade:59

Cynthia

  • Spiritomb:58
  • Roserade:58
  • Togekiss:60
  • Lucario:60
  • Milotic:58
  • Garchomp:62

But wait, it’s not over yet! With the final battle over, you and your rival go face to face with Flint and Volkner so jump into action because this is gonna be a tough battle (Fight Area).

  • Jolteon
  • Luxray
  • Electivire
  • Houndoom
  • Flareon
  • Magmortar

They have similar buildup because of Luxray, Houndoom, Electvire, Magmortar, and the evolutions.

Gyms are almost the same but Veilstone and Hearthrome have been switched around so that Hearthrome is the 3rd Gym.

Yours Truly,

Hippiefreak12 a proud hunter of legends
